          In accordance with a circular from your office dated the 3rd inst, but only received on the 12th inst, I have to report one Surgeon one assistant Surgeon, and one contract Physician on duty in this Hospital. Dr. E. T. Sabal in charge last month, has been transferred and I superseded him – Dr. G. H. Hunter a contract physician left their first inst and is superseded by Dr. S. T. Overstreet, a contract physician who reported on the 5th inst.
