DISMISSED. - The case of Wm F. Corkley, of the Spotswood Hotel, charged with retailing liquor to be drunk in his bar room, was dismissed by the Mayor on Saturday morning, the witness in the case not appearing. The Mayor declined to send Mr. Corkley on the Hustings Court, saying that the Grand Jury could call up the matter if they saw proper.
