A DAIRY FOR THE SICK AND WOUNDED. – Through the kind and active sympathies of several citizens, and the co-operation of a number of liberal country-people, a plan for a hospital dairy has been projected, and as soon as arrangements can be completed, will be carried into operation. In the meantime a considerable number of cows, already contributed will be sent to the city and distributed among the several hospitals. A special car will be run to-morrow, on the Central Railroad, for the purpose of receiving and transporting, free of charge, cows thus contributed along the line of that road. – The idea is an excellent one, and merits the warmest encouragement.
