TRUSTEE'S SALE OF VERY VALUABLE REAL ESTATE IN THE CITY OF RICHMOND, ON FRANKLIN, 25th AND MAIN STREETS. - At the request f Messrs. Wm. B. Isaacs and Andrew Johnston, trustees, in a deed executed to them by Mr. Joseph Brummell, we shall sell at public auction, on the premises, in the order advertised, on FRIDAY, the 7th February, 1862, commencing at 12 o'clock M., the following very valuable real estate, viz:

...6th An undivided sixth part of that valuable property known as the United States Hotel, at the corner of Main and 19th streets, including the brick tenement to the West. It is possible that at the time of sale the remaining 5 6ths of said Hotel may be sold.

This property is so well known that a further description is deemed unnecessary. It is admirably well arranged for a Hotel, or could easily be converted into a hospital for the Confederate Government or for other purposes.

TERMS. - One-fourth cash; the balance at 6, 12, and 18 months, for negotiable notes, with interest added, and secured by a trust deed; the taxes and insurance for 1862 to be paid by the purchasers.
