Preparing. - In passing the prison depot, on Main street , yesterday, we noticed that a guard of Confederate soldiers were standing in front of the building as if waiting for an arrival of prisoners, a number of whom are expected from Manassas and Staunton to-day. Twenty-one were brought to the latter place and placed in jail there yesterday.
