Medical Director's Office, June 15 '64

Sir:

The order discontinuing Robertson Hos. is revoked on the following conditions:

It will be under your control and will be administered as the Regulations direct.

You will be allowed a Hos. Steward to assist you in your Clerical and Commissary duties.

The ladies that attend the Hos. will confine themselves to the duties assigned in G. O. No. 95 A. & I. G. O. '62 to matrons of Hospitals and be under your authority as such.

If it is found that in anything the orders relating to reports, therapeutic or hygienic arrangements, are not executed, you alone will be considered responsible, and if the Hos is not considered to be required, it will be closed.
