THE LARGE AND VALUABLE PROPERTY, known as the Bellevue Hospital, with vacant LOTS attached at the corner of Broad and 22d streets, FOR SALE AT AUCTION. – At the request of the parties interested, we shall sell at public auction, on the premises, on TUESDAY, Dec'r 9th, 1862, at 4 o'clock P. M., the very large and beautifully situated property located as above, known as the Bellevue Hospital. The building is a very large one, and is so well known that a minute description of it is deemed unnecessary. The vacant land to the west will be divided into suitable building lots. These lots run back nearly 200 feet; are among the most beautiful in Richmond, commanding as they fo a fine view of a large portion of the city.

TERMS. – One-third cash; balance at 1 and 2 years, for negotiable notes, interest added, secured by a trust deed; or all cash at the option of the purchaser.
