Williams, the Medical Director at the time controlling the hospitals of this military department, directing the vacation of Hospital No. 10, in this city, and it appropriation to the accommodation of sick and wounded officers exclusively. Another order has been issued by the same authority directing 100 beds to be reserved in Hospital No. 4 for the same purpose, and that the remaining beds in the said hospital be reserved for wounded soldiers.
