MISS VAN LEW’S PROPERTY.
Public Sale to Be Had Some Time Next Week.

The appraisers have completed their work of fixing the value of the property of the late Miss E. L. Van Lew, and Mr. J. R. V. Daniel, counsel, is now at work determining what portion of the effects will be sold here, and what shipped north.

It was stated yesterday that a public auction would probably be held on the premises some day next week, when at least four-fifths of the property will be offered for sale.
