DID NOT PASS THROUGH. – The 14th and 20th corps, of Gen. Sherman’s army, did not pass through the city yesterday, as was expected. The order was countermanded during Tuesday, and it is probably the troops will not move on their homeward march before sometime to-day or to-morrow.
