PROVOST COURT – BREVET COLONEL McENTEE – Wednesday, February 21. - …John Harris, negro, charged with stealing one dollar and a half from J. Gross, was adjudged guilty, and sentenced to the Libby for thirty days.
Ellen McGruder, negress, charged with the theft of one shuck matress, was adjudged guilty, and sent to the Castle for thirty days.
William Atherton, Eleventh Infantry, charged with deserting his post at the Libby Prison, was turned over to the keeping of the Libby for thirty days.
Solomon Carter, negro, for assault and battery, was sent to the Libby for thirty days.
