RATIONS ISSUED DURING JULY. – We are indebted to Captain Cook, of the Freedmen’s Bureau, for the following facts: There were issued during the month of July to indigent whites in this city 83,440 pounds of meal and 11,920 pounds of pork. These were exclusive of the rations issued to loyal refugees. During the same time there were 10,000 rations issued to freedmen. The statistics for the present month have not been yet made out.
