City Small-Pox Hospital for Negroes. – A separate Hospital has been opened in Howard’s Grove for negro patients, (free or slave,) by order of the City Council. It is now ready for the reception of patients. The ambulance for conveying them will be found at the old small-pox hospital, near Poor House Burying Ground.
