Man Drowned. – The body of a drowned white man was fished from the Dock yesterday morning, by a negro who was using a skin net. It was found near the corner of 20th and Dock streets, and was lifted ashore. It was ascertained to be George Walker, who used to be a finisher in Talbott’s foundry. – Deceased fell into the water, it is supposed, on Saturday night. He was aged between 45 and 50, and leaves a family.
