AID TO THE SOLDIERS OF NORTH CAROLINA. – Surgeons in charge of the various hospitals in Richmond are respectfully requested to furnish me with a list of the sick and wounded under their charge, stating their names, rank, regiment and company, with the wants of each soldier, whether of hats, clothing, shoes, or provisions.
