             Sir,

                                  We, the undersigned, finding the room now occupied by the officer of the day very inadequate to our wants and ___ on account of the number of medical officers now on duty, respectfully request that the carpenters shop be removed the noise of which is excessively annoying to us, and no doubt to yourself, and the same be fitted up for our accommodation. Believing that you are disposed to render those(?) under your charge as comfortable as circumstances will permit, we have made this request, and hoping this petition will meet with your favourable consideration
