Sent on for Exchange. – R. E. Johnson, sutler of the Ninety-third Illinois regiment, was sent from Salisbury, N. C. yesterday, to Commissioner Ould, of this city, to be exchanged for a citizen of Petersburg who occupied a similar position in our army at the time he was captured. He was committed to Libby prison, where it is understood he will remain till the first exchange takes place
