TRADING WITH YANKEES. – The regulations of the prison department are peremptory in regard to trading with Yankee prisoners, notwithstanding which, members of the guard are sometimes tempted to supply certain of their wants for a consideration in greenbucks. On yesterday, three of the guard at the Libby, named S. Griffin, John O. Childress, and A. B. Mountcastle, of company F, 25th Virginia Battalion, were put under arrest for indulging their cupidity in this way, and sent to Castle Thunder for punishment.
