Wounded Yankees from Savage's Station.

A very large number of wounded Federal officers and soldiers were brought from Savage's Station yesterday, via York River Railroad. Hundreds of them who could not be provided for in the C. S. Military Hospital, corner Cary and 20th streets, were necessarily deposited in the depot of the railroad, where they remained last night, and suffered greatly for want of attention — most of their own surgeons having deserted them and repaired up town. One or more of them died. — Among the wounded officers brought here since Monday evening from Savage's Station, are the following, the list including also their medical attendants.
