Honorably Discharged. – We noticed the fact that on last Friday, Alex. Bane, 28th Va; J. Rice, 3d Georgia, and A. M. Lee, 18th Miss., had been arrested and put in Castle Thunder, on the charge of purloining $142, belonging to G. Roberts, a patient in General Hospital, No. 7, (Bacon & Baskerville's warehouse.) They were examined yesterday, and honorably discharged — not the smallest particle of proof being produced against them.
