To be Investigated. – Major Elliott, commanding the City Battalion, Capt. Alexander, Assistant Provost Marshal and Capt. Bossieux, of the City Battalion, have been appointed a board of officers to investigate the causes and means of the escape of the eleven prisoners from Castle Lightning a few nights since.
