POLITICAL PRISONERS. – Twenty-one persons are now held in "Castle Godwin" wither under direct charges of disloyalty, or under suspicion of harboring hostile intentions against the Confederacy. We understand that efforts are being made to obtain an additional prison for the safe keeping both of disloyal parties and of prisoners of war. The tobacco warehouses at Rocketts are deemed ineligible as prisons on account of their exposed position, which renders a large guard necessary for the security of their inmates. They have been found to be insecure in other respects also.
