SPECIAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT. – As Surgeon in charge of the temporary Hospitals, Richardson's and Dooley's and now of the U. S. Hotel Hospital, Main st., corner of 19th, I desire to return thanks for many donations for the use of the wounded, the principal among which being $100 from a gentleman through Rev. Moses D. Hoge; two valuable and acceptable boxes from the Mossingford Soldiers' Aid Society; and numerous articles from the Army Committee of the Young Men's Christian Association, through their Almoner, Col. Munford.
