THE LIBBY PRISON SIGN.
Adams’ Express Company to-day brought from Richmond the Libby Prison sign, which has been taken down and forwarded here for safe keeping. This sign, a plain unornamented board, was nailed up against the end of the prison building, and bears the inscription "L. LIBBY & SON, Ship Chandlers." What use is to be made of this relic is not stated.
