Disinclined to Return. – A tender had been made the City Battalion, originally organized for the purpose of doing guard duty in and around Richmond, but who have been posted for the past three or four months at Chaffin’s farm, to again resume their old quarters in this city; but we learn that they have, with great unanimity, declined the offer, and earnestly solicit the privilege of remaining where they are.
