MORTALITY AMONG WOUNDED PRISONERS. – Of the two hundred wounded prisoners brought from Fredericksburg and placed in the Libby Hospital, some twenty-five have died. Major Withers, of the Pennsylvania Reserves, wounded severely in the leg, was on yesterday very low, and is not expected to live. He properly cared for.
