Negro Dies in Accident At Iron Works Here
William Anderson, 63, Negro, of 123 South First Street, an employee of the Tredegar Iron Works, was killed instantly yesterday afternoon when he fell under a company shifting train in the yards of the plant beneath the Lee Bridge.
Witnesses told police that Anderson was on a flat car and slipped from the car and under the wheels of the train.
