CAPTURE OF “DICK TURNER.” – We learn that Richard Turner, formerly connected with the Libby prison, during the days of the Confederacy, and who escaped therefrom about three weeks since, was re-captured on Saturday night last, between 9 and 10 o’clock, at the residence of a citizen on Union Hill. What disposition is to be made of him we do not know, but believe he is charged with ill-treatment of Federal soldiers.
