CAPTURED DOCUMENTS. – From the most reliable source, we have received information that the books, accounts, reports, and, in fact, all the papers and private documents of Surgeon General Moore, lately at the head of the medical department of the Confederate States, were captured at Charlotte, N. C., Dr. Moore being compelled to abandon them in his hasty retreat from that town. Those papers will go far in compiling the statistics of the late war; being official documents, no more accurate tables could be made than from them, and in the hands of a skillful arranger may be made to subserve a useful purpose.
