RICHMOND, VA., Jan. 7, 1871
NIGHT SCHOOLS. – The following is a list of night schools, with localities and teachers’ names:
WHITE SCHOOLS.
Broad street, between 9th and 10th – F. W. Rosier, teacher.
Additional white schools will be opened as competent teachers are provided.
COLORED SCHOOLS.
Chimborazo – W. L. Phillips, teacher.
Wesley Chapel, 17th street – G. L. Bosher, teacher.
12th and Leigh streets, G. C. Vincent, teacher.
Navy Hill – Mrs. C. V. Usher, teacher.
23d and Franklin streets – Henry Boyce, teacher.
The tuition fees will be $1 and $2 per month, according to grade.
The schools will be opened on MONDAY, the 9th instant, at 7 o’clock P. M.
