KILLED BY THE MAGAZINE EXPLOSION. - We have already stated that several of the paupers at the City Alms House had been killed by the blowing up of the Confederate (formerly city) magazine, situated in the northern suburbs. The number of these unfortunate creatures that thus met an untimely and horrid death is now ascertained to be eight. The Alms House is not a hundred yards from the magazine, and the victims are understood to have been killed by the concussion caused by the explosion.
