ACCIDENTALLY DROWNED. - Jerry McGinnis, an Irishman belonging to No. 4 Battery, whilst drunk, on last Thursday night, fell into the dock at the foot of 17th street and was drowned. His body, on Saturday, came to the surface, near the York River depot, and was taken out of the water and decently interred. When found he had sixty-two and a half cents in silver in his pantaloons pocket.
