BOTTS TO GO SOUTH. - The terms upon which Mr. J. M. Botts was released from prison were that he should, with all possible expedition, proceed to take up his residence in the South - at any point he might select, provided it be approved by the Confederate States' Government. He is now at his residence in Henrico county, where he is arranging his affairs previous to his departure.
