SHOOTING AFFAIR. - Mr. Thomas Beale, master carpenter at the Confederate Arsenal, was shot, yesterday, by a man named Fooke, an employee at the place. The wound was a slight one, on the left side of breast. Fooke was arrested and taken before Gen. Winder.
