THE ALMS HOUSE. - We are gratified to observe that the Examiner concurs in the opinion recently expressed in this department, that the new Alms House should be occupied for the purposes for which it was erected. - The correctness of this proposition is so manifest that it may be regarded as singular that the authorities have not long ago caused the transfer of the paupers from barns where they are now kept to the building erected for their occupancy.
