Special Notice. – While the detailed men are absent on the defences, other assistance has become indispensable to the wounded. During this temporary emergency, such ladies in Richmond as are nurses are requested to visit or send their servants to Howard's Grove, (Mechanicsville Turnpike,) Winder and Jackson, (near Hollywood Cemetery,) hospitals, and the Receiving Hospital, 17th street.
Those who cannot render this aid are requested to contribute such delicacies as are usually furnished for the wounded.
