Arrested as a Spy. – The wife of a well-known and wealthy citizen of this city, has been arrested on the charge of being a spy, and confined in the hospital of St. Francis de Sales to await an examination. We understand that the evidence against her is of a conclusive character. We will not state the circumstances that led to her arrest, as the matter will no doubt undergo official investigation in a day or two. – The accused is a native of Cincinnati, where she has relatives.
