THE CHIMBORAZO HILL WHITE RIOTERS. – James Ford, youth, was arrested last evening by Sergeant Callahan, by order of Lieutenant Merrill, upon the charge of being concerned in the Chimborazo Hill negro riots of Friday night last. About a dozen youths, similarly charged, will be examined to-day before Judge McEntee.
