PROVOST JUDGE’S COURT – Brevet-Colonel McEntee presiding – Wednesday, January 31. – …Patrick Reilly, P. Dunnahill, of the Eleventh United States Infantry, and T. Carter of the Twelfth, charged with drunkenness, pleaded guilty and was sent to the Libby for twenty days each.
Isaiah Anderson, negro boy, for assaulting J. Adams with a rock; there being no evidence to that effect, he was released.
John Obie, negro, for petit larceny, was sent to Libby for sixty days, and William Henderson, for the same crime, was committed for ten days.
