PRISONERS SENT AWAY. – Yesterday afternoon fifteen hundred and thirty odd Federal prisoners, confined in the Libby, were sent away down the river in the flag of truce steamer for the exchange ground. The number included five or six hundred prisoners received from Petersburg yesterday, with a number of officers.
