HOUSE OF DELEGATES.

The House met at 11, A. M.

…HOSPITAL RELIEF ASSOCIATION.

Mr. English, of Henrico, moved the suspension of the rules in order to take up the bill reported from a special committee, to incorporate the Virginia Hospital Relief Association.

Mr. English advocated the speedy advancement of the bill. He hoped it was only necessary to call the attention of members to the title of the bill. There was great suffering at Chimborazo hospital, both for food and fuel, and the association was designed to afford immediate relief.

The rules were suspended, the bill taken up, and ordered to its engrossment.
