DR. R. H. BAKER, who was formerly acting as Assistant Surgeon at Chimborazo Hospital, and who was mentioned yesterday as among the prisoners just arrived from the North, was a prisoner in the hands of the enemy for thirteen months. – He was captured about a year ago in North Carolina.
