THE PRISONERS OF WAR IN RICHMOND number less to-day than at any time since the first battle of Manassas. All, except the wounded and a few hundred hostages, robbers and others, who have, by their deeds, placed themselves beyond the treatment accorded prisoners of war, have been forwarded to the great central prison at Andersonville, Georgia. The number congested there is something over thirty thousand.
