PRISONERS OF WAR, to the number of about two hundred and seventy-five, were received at the Libby from General Lee's lines Wednesday night, yesterday and last evening. But two officers were among those received yesterday – Second Lieutenant H. H. Willis, Forty-eighth New York, and First Lieutenant C. Stewart, First New York.
