PRISONERS OF WAR. – The number of Yankee prisoners in Richmond yesterday was seven hundred and sixty-four, including about two hundred and fifty officers. They have all been paroled, and will be started to City Point as soon as the steamer arrives there from Fortress Monroe to receive them.
