CAMP LEE has been under consideration by the authorities as a proper place for the confinement of the Yankee prisoners if they arrive here in too great numbers to admit of their being accommodated in the prisons. The only objection to Camp Lee is the fact that it would require two regiments to effectually guard the prisoners so as to prevent their escape.
