SEABROOK'S HOSPITAL. – This is the hospital to which are carried all the wounded soldiers brought to Richmond. From it they are carried to those appropriated to the States from which the individual soldier hails. It is hardly possible that it could be kept in that state of neatness which distinguishes the other hospitals; but according to the report of gentlemen who have visited it, it might well be kept cleaner than it is. We know nothing of the matter ourselves, but are sure that the wounded soldiers deserve all the comfort that can be bestowed on them.
