ARRESTING MILITARY STRAGGLERS. - The Provost Marshal's military police were again busy yesterday in arresting stragglers from the camps. - The greater portion of those questioned had the necessary passports from their commanders. Those less fortunate were escorted to Castle Godwin. - These vigorous measures of the Provost Marshal has diminished very sensibly the number of uniformed idlers in Richmond.
