FIRE AT THE CONFEDERATE STATES PRISON. – An upper floor of Liggon's tobacco factory at Rocketts, now used as a prison for captive Yankees, was set on fire yesterday forenoon by the upsetting of a stove. The flames were, however, speedily extinguished by the application of a few buckets of water, and with no more serious results than the frightening of the inmates of the prison. The fire department were called out by the alarm, and appeared upon the scene with accustomed alacrity, but there was, fortunately, no need for their services.
