THE VIRGINIA MILITARY INSTITUTE. - The Board of Visitors of the Virginia Military Institute, which re-assembled at the Capitol on Thursday, continued their session yesterday. The chief subject presented for their consideration, has been the proposed re-organization of the establishment upon a basis adapted to the changed political relations of the State, but no conclusion was reached. We learn the operations of the Institute have been interrupted if not entirely suspended, since April last, though a number of candidates for admission as cadets were presented at the last session of the Board. The more proficient of the cadets of this admirable establishment, have done and are yet doing good service to the Confederacy at the Camps of Instruction, where they are acting as drill masters to the raw recruits there stationed.
